LEAF an imprint – Ecoprinting with artist Sanet Visser (18yrs +)

Come try your hand at printing with natural pigments you will source yourself from the museum grounds and a selection of pigments provided like liquid amber and grey eucalyptus. The workshop will start with a brief introduction to the background of natural dye and colours available for the day. This will serve as inspiration for your designs to follow and printing your own cotton scarf, just in time for winter.

This workshop is inspired by the permanent prototype garden Pollinator Pathways by the parking area as well as AbstRacT – the hidden synchrony in Gallery 4, all while looking at the wonders that nature has to offer and the hidden art we find in nature.

The workshop is open to curious adults of all levels of ability. All materials and protective clothing will be provided.
