Museum Saturday INTERACTIVE FUN LINO PRINTING with artist Sanet Visser (11-13 years)
You are invited to a day of carving and creating your own story. The day will be filled with learning easy ways to carve from lino blocks, while being inspired by the current exhibitions of The Johannesburg Station Panels and In-Motion: Art of the Space Age.
One design has many options! In this workshop you will explore innovative ways of relief printmaking as you create your own prints. These techniques and guidelines will help you to create even more artworks at home as lino printing has one major benefit – it can be done anywhere!
No previous experience needed. Workshop for 11-13yr olds.
All materials, an apron and snack box will be provided to each participant. Please make us aware of any allergies.
For the parents, join our Hotcross bun & wine pairing with D’Aria! Book here.
